One of the areas where I consistently grow my expertise is MARKETPLACES and eCommerce in the fashion industry, as the largest segment in eCom

My first involvement with marketplaces dates back to 2011, when Maksim Nogotkov (Svyaznoy) launched the ENTER project — a multichannel retailer with a universal range, selling through online platforms, physical retail, innovative terminals, catalogues, and phone-based call centres

In 2015, I worked on a strategy for Adidas Russia, where I clearly concluded that the company needed to enter marketplaces and convinced them to launch on WB and LAMODA (for reference, Adidas had previously stopped working with marketplaces like Amazon and eBay in 2012 and began developing its own online retail store)

In 2022, I conducted a full analysis of all segments on WB and saw that Adidas ranked #1 in revenue among all brands on the platform
In the past few years, I’ve worked across various market segments — from basic clothing and lingerie to growing sewing workshops and highly niche designer brands. I’ve designed online clothing stores, developed branding for manufacturers, and created marketing strategies based on my own in-depth market analysis

Developed the landscape design division to a premium level, working with clients such as Maksim Nogotkov (Svyaznoy Group), Rustam Tariko (Russian Standard), Dmitry Dibrov (Channel One), and numerous private individuals from the Forbes list
